Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Underwhelming

At its loosest it’s still stiff. I was expecting fast, light and auto alignment. For me, there are none of these things.

i like it

turns great with my slow (currently averaging 14 seconds) hands. i've watched Cubicle's unboxing video of this puzzle and i concur with the opinions stated there. it's a great 2x2 but the price can leave some wondering on the bang for buck factor. Super Weilong deja vu situation, perhaps?

low quality

My friend just got this cube recently and I witnessed it pop. The gan251 leap is much better for the same price (or the pro).

Good puzzle. Price too high.

The puzzle is good, not as good as the GAN from the little bit I have used it, but it’s not a $40. It’s more of a $30. At most no more than $35

I’m gonna crash out

So I have this one and the AI one. I try take out a corner on the AI one and it breaks. And I was just thinking. “Ehh it might just be defective.” BUT TELL ME WHY, I TRY TO TURN THIS ONE AFTER NOT PRACTICING FOR A MONTH, AND THE CORNER DETACHES, LIKE MOYU, MAKE SOME DURABLE CUBES. THESE CORNER SHOULDNT BE POPPING OFF LIKE THIS, THIS CUBE DOES FEEL AMAZING FOR THE HOUR THAT YOU CAN USE IT BEFORE IT DIES ON ME. (Also a 1.21 average right before the incident)

love it but what is this

so i got this cube expecting a 20 magnet ball core and maglev and on the side of the box it very clearly says "20-magnet ball core maglev magic cloth version" and in the photos below there is 20 magnets in the ball core but no magnets in the edges and no maglev

Hi Timothy,

Thanks for reaching out! I just checked one of the cubes we have here and it also has a 20 magnet ball core with no edge magnets, so I believe that that's what what was intended even though it doesn't make a lot of sense. As for MagLev, I think the box is just wrong - it seems like there will be a MagLev version later, but it's not out yet.

If your buying this is a must know

I got this cube expecting I softer weipo type feel but was pleasantly surprised with a more gan type with a hint of the old MoYu cubes. It was nice but at the same time the tensions just weren’t doing it for me. I first lubed it with rush and it felt amazing but after like 25 solves it becomes horrid. This cube eats up lube so much and it is horrible after either a day of not use after lubing or some solves. Also the magnets are way too strong and the fact that they’re not adjustable makes this feel like such a waste of potential. This cube would be the best by far if it had adjustable magnets and better longevity with the lube. It goes from the best cube by far to a horrible cube comparable to a stripped 251 or a stock Qiyi m pro. I would not recommend this for the price, it just feels like a lazy reiteration of the 251 that the designers stopped trying midway through. (I average around 1.3-1.4 and might main this if I can mod it a little)

very bad for the cost

too much corner twist and it's very bad, it seems to be a cheap cube
