Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Fun shape mod

fun puzzle that solves like a 3x3 except the centers can be flipped which just needs a small alg or for you to use center safe PLLs. Cube is pretty unstable and catchy so jot amazing for speed solving but fun nevertheless.

Nothing Negative

Fun puzzle. Turns great. Shapemod everyone should have in their collection, especially for the price. I can't say anything negative about it.

Interesting starter 3x3x3 shape mod

From a design standpoint, if you're interested in 3x3x3 shape mods, this is a good one to start with. You have to learn to solve corners and the red/blue/green/orange edges with one fewer colors for reference (so you need to learn the basic color order on the cube), and the red/blue/green/orange centers also have orientation (so you need to develop/learn an algorithm/rule to rotate them, both in increments of 180 and 90 degrees). You also have to handle the skewed nature of the cube and not let it disrupt your usual 3x3x3 algorithms. These are surmountable challenges, even for someone new to 3x3x3 shape mods (or shape mods in general)! On top of getting a puzzle that pushes you to grow a little, you get a puzzle with a fun checkerboard pattern (looks like a pinwheel).

There are some downsides: the cube will be a little tight at first, but it will loosen up tremendously with use and lube. The cube will also catch and may also send you into some unwanted turns that make you lose your place in the solve. Finally, on my cube, a counterclockwise turn of the yellow layer gives a metal (spring?) sound. It's not enough to ding a $6 puzzle a full star. With a little patience, you can manage these issues, and while I wouldn't argue that suffering through managing construction problems is a good thing, it does help prepare you for 3x3x3 shape mods that (regrettably) have bigger problems.

In all, it's a loveable cube. It construction might break your heart a bit at first, but it's a good puzzle to learn after nailing down a 3x3x3, and it will make other (harder) shape mods more accessible for you.

Decent Renewable Energy Source

I bought the stickered version, superflip pattern looks neat on it, those stickers are high quality. Turning is smooth and most importantly, NO PARITY!

Great puzzle!

Qiyi always makes great quality puzzles, and this one is no different. Very fun puzzle. Not too difficult, similar level of difficulty as the 3x3 Fisher Cube, and easier than the 3x3 Axis Cube. I turned mine into a Windmill Cutter Cube by flipping the center layer, which adds a slight challenge over the standard Windmill Cube. Highly recommended.

Excellent, Fun Puzzle

I love the turning, pretty damn smooth. I love that it can turn into a legit windmill when you checkerboard pattern. Im new to cubing and this was a surprisingly easy to solve. Highly reccomend this brand and this puzzle.

Not very controllable...

So, when you try to turn the middle layer, E2, the pieces on the white/yellow sides turn some of the time too. Locks up frequently too. Fast and smooth, but uncontrollable, basically. Not really recommended. Overall great though

I mean nothing to complain about the truning non-magnetic so a little catchy but all in all prearry good. But it also showed me how much i hate windmill cube
