Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Got That Twang

Top tier quality. I wouldn't be so courageous to corner cut with it though. I was initially apprehensive to buying this as i do enjoy my cuboids the way i like my hamburgers: proportional. Ya feel me? Pieces gotta match in this puzzle sandwich. Luckily this one has the sauce that kicks, i'm always coming back for more. I don't want to imagine later on when i need to re-sticker this bad boy but for now consider me satisfied.

Go for stickered

So, I got the stickered version in a cube box a while back, and it works great, and is a joy to solve. I mean don't expect to be corner cutting, but c'mon. Wanted to get a stickerless version, because of stickers peeling, and boy was I disappointed. The pieces always catch, and sometimes they pop, or just separate into halves when turning. Just not pleasant to solve at all. That version will be going to my display shelf to collect dust, while the stickered version will go to my frequent solve shelf.

Stickered version: 5/5
Stickerless: 1/5

TLDR; Buy the stickered version, you'll enjoy it, avoid stickerless.

Do NOT get the Stickerless one

Even if you despise Stickers and the mere thought of Stickers scares you, DO NOT GET THE STICKERLESS ONE!!!!!
The Stickerless one is terrible, turns badly, has a weird uneven shape even when solved (pieces stick out further than they should) and is all in all a puzzle that feels like it was made back in the early 2000s. 0/5

The Stickered one on the other Hand is great, turns about as well as you'd expect a 3x3x9 to turn and is fun to solve. 5/5

Fun puzzle, great idea. Hard to keep together

I'd like to start by saying WitEden makes some very fun and innovative puzzles, this one included in that. I had a lot of fun with it for a week or two. Unfortunately, even after carefully trying to tighten it up and turn softly, it burst apart for the third time the other day and I haven't had it in me to put it all back together again. Fun puzzle, hard to keep together

If I could turn back time...

The stickerless version of this puzzle is a disaster. During a gentle initial scramble, there was a lot of binding, followed by popping. I hesitate to use the word popping though... it was more like pieces started falling off of the puzzle. There's no way it will make it through a full solve. So disappointing.

The stickered version was an absolute joy to turn. That thing was rock solid.
Unfortunately, there is something seriously wrong with the stickerless version. Avoid at all cost.

Wonderful puzzle, but turn carefully

A great puzzle to solve! Turned well out of the box. After many solves, the puzzle has become more prone to pops along the very top layer, but this can be avoided if you ensure the puzzle is aligned properly before turning.

Great Puzzle

This puzzle was just as great as I expected it to be. The only thing that could be a concern is having to replace the small stickers. I would definitely recommend this puzzle for anyone that loves cuboids. I hope they make a mass produced fully proportional one soon.

3x3 cubed...?

This puzzle is not as complex as it appears. Frankly if you enjoy solving a classic 3x3, this is just as enjoyable.
I've got to advise that this is not a speed cube whatsoever. I'd also advise that this may be the first piece in an upcoming 'mature' cube collection.

Stickless version white/yellow parts pop very often

Middle 3 layers are a bit tight and a couple of the top pieces always pop off. Not hard to deal with it when you just leave the pieces off. Do wish the 3 middle would feel less difficult to turn.

Mine pops all the time

Mine pops all the time. I got a stickerless version 2 weeks ago, I just did a 3x3 scramble to start off and it popped several times doing that solv. Every time since when I go to play around with it, it pops and the middle layer pieces are really small amd hard to find. It's crazy this cube has literally popped more than any other cube I have owned, and I've got around 90ish, so now I'm scared to really scramble it up.

I did however read the other reviews and other people say theirs does not pop. So maybe I just got unlucky with the one I got, or maybe it needs to be tightened more. All I know for sure, is what I experienced.
