Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Was expecting a little more

This cube turns quite well, and is easy to tension. I did see some of the corner pieces with gaps along the seams, but I doubt it would fall apart.

As for the solve, I was expecting a little more. This cube can be solved 5 ways from what I see (sudoku, plastic color, background sticker color, shape, and shape color), however there are only three "colors" with each solve type (besides sudoku). This makes for a simpler solve, and I was expecting a full 3x3 with 4 separate solutions. To be fair, the last layer can be tricky.

Excellent puzzle, definitely satisfied

Was too tight for my liking OOTB, but after a slight loosening of the screws, it feels nice to turn and it offers a nice variation and challenge without demanding anything other than the ability to solve a normal 3x3. Get yourself one!

Fun Solve, Parity Possible

This puzzle is very much like the Penrose cube in that you do not have 6 different sides. There are only 3 unique sides and this means there are duplicate pieces. It's easy to think that these identical pieces are interchangeable, but this is not true. If placed incorrectly, you will encounter parity (or false equivocation) that looks very much like the parity you see on the Void cube: two corner pieces that need to be swapped. Fortunately, the fix is much easier than the Void cube. Simply by swapping the two identical edge pieces on the same layer you will eliminate the parity and be able to solve the corners. (The 2 edge pieces seemed to have been in the correct location, but they needed to be swapped in order for the puzzle to be correct).

Dude, Bananas!

Quite pleased with my purchases. And the Bastinazo is bastinasty. Maybe not super speed cubey, but why rush a good thing. A pleasure to wrap your brain around. My most trippy 3×3.
