Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Stickerless Supercube

If you're a fan of supercubes then this is a Must-Have for several reasons. First, it's one of the few stickerless 4x4 supercubes that are available. So not only do you not have to apply the stickers yourself, but you don't have to worry about those stickers eventually coming off. That alone makes the $16 price a bargain IMO. Second, this cube has a really interesting parity/false equivocation that you do not encounter on other 4x4 supercubes like the Pochmann, the Maze, the 4-Color, or the Super Triangle. Basically, it's possible to have one remaining center piece that requires a 90 degree rotation...which cannot be done...because the problem lies elsewhere. If I get motivated I'll make a video explaining the solution. Lol.

Fun spin on the 4x4 arrow cube

Bought this just because I was intrigued by the mahjong symbols instead of colored stickers and I just can't put it down. It's simple like a normal 4x4 but requires a few more algorithms to solve correctly, and I find that this makes the solve more interesting each time you do it. Great cube overall.

Too much of a challenge...unless you know the secret combination :)

I love 4x4's, supercubes, and Chinese characters so I thought I'd love this cube but... it is brutal to turn, and multiple faces have patterns whose rotation or criss-cross arrangement cannot be discerned. So different from Pochmann stickers that make it easy to tell what is going on with position and rotation!
Despite my skill, patience, and determination only multiple solves, guesswork, and a miracle finally got me to a solve!
The 5x5 Mahjong looks more promising...no 4x4x4 parities, very nice turning.
