Product Description

The AoSu V7 4x4 is the latest flagship 4x4 from MoYu. It is smaller than its predecessor at only 58mm. This gives the puzzle a very comfortable hand-feel and makes performing algorithms very enjoyable. MoYu has updated the mechanism and released multiple versions. Check them all out and find your favorite one!

This is the triple-track version which is UV-coated and has piece-to-piece magnets on the outer layer, corner/core magnets, and edge/inner edge magnets.

Note: The magnets inside of the edges may not be glued down, please do not disassemble the edges as you may damage the mechanism.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great cube!

I’d recommend this 4x4 for anyone that is serious about 4x4, or not. This 4x4 is great out of the box, and even better after setting up. The only concern one could have is it’s smaller size; however, if you don’t mind the size, or have smaller hands, this could be perfect for you. The magnets are very strong and really help to keep the cube aligned. Overall, this cube is very advanced, but could definitely help you with your 4x4 progression!

Triple Track review

I decided to go all in and get the triple track version and it feels quite different than other 4x4x4s I have tried. After using it for a week, I cannot go back!

The primary difference that stands out to me is single slices are a bit harder to do because the center edges REALLY want to stay together because of the additional magnets holding them together. This makes single slices a bit less fluid.
This might feel like a negative at first, but at least for the algorithms I use and solves I do, those only come up during oll parity and only takes a bit of use to acclimate to the change.
The great news is the additional magnets actually make the normal 3x3x3 solve portion a LOT easier, because the center pieces REALLY do not want to be misaligned. This has reduced lockups for me QUITE a bit.
Wide moves have a bit more magnetism on the corner alignment, but you likely won't notice or care much if you do during solves, because those are a lot easier to control than single slices.
For me, this cube is exactly what I never knew I wanted. It makes the 3x3x3 solve portion so much easier, doesn't really affect edge pairing (because I use wide moves), and just feels great in all other arenas.
For settings, I did loosen tension by a half turn on all sides, and that made the cube a whole lot more flexible as well.
So unless you use a TON of single slice moves in your 4x4x4 solves, consider the triple track as quality option.

Fantastic 4x4

This cube is a huge step up from the MGC 4x4. The MGC is a decent cube, but this one beats it by a LOT. The magnet strength is perfect, at least for me, and the flexibility is incredible. Even right out of the box it was great, and with some setup and breaking in it just gets better. I'm not sure how it compares to the single or double track versions, but I know it definitely beats the MGC. The smaller size makes 3x3 much easier. Overall, I don't think I'll be switching mains any time soon.

epic

this cube is epic. inner and outer layers almost feel exactly the same! its fast out of the box, I put a little angstrom lube in it which made it feel amazing. I beat my pb single 35 and average 41 and my prs. if you don't mind the price you should DEFINITELY get this cube. Thanks Cubicle! :)
