Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Amazing cube

But breaks easily

Great unique feeling

Out of the box this cube is very fast and I could almost do a u3 and it had a very scratchy and sandy feeling. Even after slowing it down this cube is just naturally fast and this suits me very well since I have more of a relaxed turning style. But I can see how not everyone would like this cube since it is very fast. Also it has frosted plastic which I am not a fan of.

Don't like the logo

The cube is okay, but there's one thing disturbing about the cube in my opinion, the logo. It makes me think that I got the MG C Evo instead of the MGC Evo.

I like this cube, but it's not my favorite.

I received this cube for free with an order I made about a month ago, along with a Moyu RS3 M 2020. I opted for the stickerless bright with black internals because I wanted something a bit different. Interestingly I think it looks quite a bit different than most black internal stickerless cubes. The black lines are very thick between the pieces giving it a almost comic book like illustration quality to it. It definitely made recognition a bit strange at first, but I think I've gotten used it. It has a fairly light crispy feel to it. You can change the spring compression with just your fingers, but the magnets require a small screwdriver (which is provided). I dialed in to a 3 on spring compression, which might have been the original OOTB setting (I fiddled around with it a lot), and a 5 magnet strength. I think it may be my preferred cube for OH solving at these settings. I've had much better success at normal 3x3 solves with the RS3 M, however. This cube does have one flaw that seems to be a pretty common issue. The edge piece stalks are a separate molded piece, and the clips holding them on seem to break quite easily. I broke one trying to remove an edge the first day I got it. I did manage to stick the two pieces back together despite the broken clip, and it hasn't been much of an issue besides falling out every so often. I'm confident a dab of super glue would remedy this as suggested on other posts. I think a lot of people would enjoy this cube, and it is highly adjustable to suit many preferences.

underwhelming

i dont like the way this cube feels at all. even after set up, its too sandy and the turning is too light for my liking. it feels hollow. the edge and corner caps are slightly darker than the centre caps, i think because the plastic is thinner and i have black internals. that being said, i can get decent times with it, and i prefer heavier slow cubes. so if really fast, light cubes are your thing, and your not too fussed about smooth turning, this cube could be for you. but for me, this is the exact opposite of how i want a cube to feel

also, i tried to remove a piece while the tensions were on 10 and i snapped the edge piece apart from the torpedo which was still in the cube. i didnt pull hard at all either. no where near as much compared to other cubes. it glued back on with no problems, but just be carful when taking pieces out, and lower the tensions

Awesome but not for everybody!

I love the feel of this cube. It's sandy but REALLY satisfying (so don't expect buttery smooth turning!). The speed of the cube is great and the magnet strength options too. The cube OOTB is terrible though, so you really do need to sit down and set it up to make it good. Highly recommend speedy + mystic if you tend to like fast cubes.

Good cube, but a popping issue

The cube is okay and all, but there's a popping issue that lets me put it down. The edge piece comes out, but the torpedo stays in place.

Thanks for your review! YJ used a minimal design on the edges of this cube to keep the design simple, but it sometimes results in the torpedoes detaching from the rest of the piece. We have found that attaching them with glue solves the problem and has no negative impact on the cube.

Excellent

honestly maybe because this is my first magnetic cube(I did try the gan 356 m, rs3m 2020, 2021, ms cube v1 enhanced, however, I still prefer this) but this cube is gorgeous with just some lube you are good to go and with this price point and adjustability I can't think of anything better to be honest, but that's my experience telling you the cube is great however it might not fit your turning for me its a 5-star puzzle(I average low 20s)(STAND NOT INCLUDED)

Great cube with a huge, glaring flaw

TL;DR Feels good and turns fast but super fragile/breaks easily

This cube feels great (as long as you lube it, like most other cubes). It is satisfyingly scratchy, fast, and responds well to lube. It's unique, and feels like no other cube on the market. I had a hard time picking between this and my corner-core magnetic WRM 2021 maglev for my main. Unfortunately, this cube made the choice for me - the core snapped after accidentally dropping it from my desk (as I often do with my cubes). This came only after one month of owning the cube. Looking through other reviews of this cube as well as the r/Cubers subreddit, fragility seems to be a major flaw for this cube. Because of this, I don't recommend buying this cube unless YJ releases a revision or new batch to fix the fragility issue.

Fragile

This cube feels and performs amazing and I would recommend it otherwise, but it broke very quickly and it seems that other people have also had this problem so I would discourage you from buying it.
