Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Its okay,but....

I was missing a sticker right out of the box. Turns pretty great still, but have been close to popping so many times. It only doesnt pop with me because I solve slow.
Weeks later stickers are just sliding off.

Better than Expected

I got this puzzle just as it came out, and only now has it decided to fail on me. When it was functional, the turning was smooth and slow, how I like it, pops were rare and solves felt good. Would recommend for Beginners and Intermediate Big Cube Solvers

terrible

This cube was VERY tight and slow out of the box. 1 month later, i got some dnm 37 and lubed it. it was better and smooth, but still very slow. about 2-3 weeks later, i was messing around with it when it locked up and popped. only recommend for people who want a beginner 6x6 (like me, because i dont solve 6x6) or if you want a cheap 6x6 that locks up, pops, and is slow.

Not that great

For my first 6x6 it was ok but definitely not great. After this I bought a X man shadow non magnetic and have never looked back. This cube is great for beginners but not for people who are very good at 6x6.

Really good

Ok, this is overall a pretty good budget 6x6 but there is one thing, the stickers are a bit weak. When I say week I mean they don't stick on that good. The shades and feel are pretty good and I would recommend!

Could be more sturdy

I could say this puzzle is great. The problem was when I dropped the cube on the floor in my house, it completely broke. Like if, you almost had to fix it from scratch. Before the fall, is was a fairly good puzzle.I did not have time to properly set this cube up. This puzzle had fair turning. The corner cutting was not the best, but not the worst. The overall solving experience was in the middle. You should get this puzzle if you are are learning how to solve the 6 by 6.

Horrendous, but eh, what did I expect

I got it for my first 6x6 because it was cheap, and on top of that, it was on sale. I wasnt expecting it to be good, but it still was worse than I expected. It locks up all the time and just has really slow turning and it even locks up when everything is completely aligned. It doesnt even get slightly better when you do 20 solves or so.

UPDATE: it actually just takes a really long time to break in. It still locks up a lot though. (It hasnt gotten much better, but a little bit)

Budget Main

Before I could make first turns, 2 of the stickers fell off and I had to use some water-based glue to hold them down, even after removing the lube from underneath the stickers. After first turns, it would lock up, and grind on flash. I disassembled it and removed some of the flash, added Silk, reassembled it, and it works alright now, but it's still the slowest turning cube I own in the MFJS series. However, those are MF4S, MF5S, MF7S, and I'm guessing that the S in the name has something to do with speed. I can't wait until an S version comes out, but until then, this cube will be my main 6x6.

Pretty Good!

Keep in mind that I'm not the speediest 6x6 solver, but I have done a bunch of solves and have experienced 0 pops, but catching is pretty common. The value is very nice for the product that you're getting, but the stickers are some of the worst I've ever seen on a cube. Within the first day, the MF6 has 4 stickers completely fall of and another sticker peeling without any rough handling of the cube. I'd say this this cube is really nice, especially for the nice value, but I'd recommend buying some stickers to replace the stock ones.

Comparison from the Cyclone Boys G6

I will get to the bottom of this right now. This is better than the Cyclone Boys G6, albeit it's not by a lot.

I ordered this cube with the pro shop lube, so they tensioned it and lubed pretty well. I also ordered it in stickerless. OOTB, the cube is sluggish and sandy, which is to be expected since I ordered the lube. Once I break it in, the cube feels very smooth. The outer layers feel a bit bumpy and is the slowest out of all the layers. The 2nd and 3rd layers feels the same; they are smooth a bit fast.

The Cyclone Boys G6 has a rough inner layer while the MF6 does not. Breaking the G6 does reduce the amount of friction, but it's still rough.

The MF6 can corner-cut line to line and reverse corner-cut where the florian holes meet for the outer layers. For the other layers, you will just get lock-ups. However, with some big cube turning skills, it won't be a problem.

My only gripe about this is tensioning. The only way this cube can be tension is by a full disassemble, unlike the G6 which has caps on the centers.
