Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Decently good cube.

For $45 this is an ok cube but not really much better than a Gan or Moyu cube. The customization options that this cube offers is kind of tricky to deal with. First of all it gives you the option to switch between transparent Polycarbonate(PC) textured panels and black ABS Textured panels for the corners/edges. TBH I can't really tell a difference between the ABS and PC panels. The pamphlet says that there "well be" regular non-textured panels to use instead of the textured ones. Honestly I would like to see if the Non-Textured panels feel better than the textured ones. Just a warning about prying off the panels they can pop off and fly across the room and you'll might loose one. As for the adjustment system having 6 different combination settings to pick from and it can be a bit tricky when swapping the springs and adjustment nuts. Like what Phil said in his video demo for the cube you might end up loosing the clear part of the nut that locks it onto the core. My biggest grief about this cube is that there are a little to much customization features to deal with and it can take up to an hour to swap parts to try out all the combo settings. Yet it advertises a few features that we can't try yet like the non-textured panels. Also the benefit of the spring shape/placement helps prevent the spring clicking while turning. Since most cubes with springs have them placed in the centers with the spring sitting over a core arm or screw. But overall it's a decent cube and the current sett-up I have on mine is the gold springs with the 0.8 white nut and the ABS textured panels. That setting is a little tight for me but I'm getting used to it and I might swap back to another spring/nut setting. One very last thing I don't like about this cube is all the extra spare parts that comes with the cube. Once I fine tune it to the correct settings for my likings all the extra spare parts will just end up in my spare parts bin that I'll never touch again.

Its so easy to break

I broke 5 of the plates trying to change out the clear to the white. Its hard to pop out each plate without breaking the tab the keeps it together. I was really disappointed with how this cube was made but it still need a lot of improvement.

Overpriced

The cube is fast and feels okay. But it takes way to long to replace the inside tiles. And I couldn’t notice any difference after I did. So it was a waste of time. And with lube there really is no reason to change the tiles. It’s just a gimmick. If I could give it less stars I would. But one is as low as I know how to make it.

Disappointing

I expected something comprehensive to the Xman tornado v2 but it has a weird catching problem and is just overall disappointing for the price.

A fast and controllable puzzle

This has to be the best speed cube I own, it is smooth and nimble yet controllable. I give it 4 stars because you only get 2 of the exchangeable inner pieces and the 2 that you get feel identical to me.

Sadly Dissapointing

Love the way this puzzle feels, however i had a few qc issues such as magnets being put in backwards. replacing the centers and piece caps feels to time consuming for the end result.

Terrible don’t get it

This thing is the wort cube I have ever tried I honestly think the rs3m 2020 was better than this cube. It is slow and the other texture interior is way worse and unusable and took half an hour to change and the plastic in the cube is cheap it broke when I used the flat head screw driver to change.

Very good, new main

Controllable, fast, and overall a very good cube. I love the adjustment features of it, and with some lube, it’s the best cube ever!

Disappointed

So I got this for Christmas hoping it was a good 3x3, maybe my new main. The quality of the box is great but I would not say the same for the cube. The turning is kind of rough and even with a little tuning it won't turn faster.
After some days i decided to ditch it and bought the super rs3m which at a much much lower cost, works somehow better.

Not that bad

Not that bad... I will still opt for the Valk Elite...
