Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

I bought this for someone else, but after a little lube and some solves I swear I wanted to keep it! It’s basic but in a perfect way, it’s smooth and has decent speed. The price is low and for this I think you actually get more than what you pay for.
Heavily Damaged when arrived, had holes and punctures like it was stabbed, missing sticker sheet that i need to apply myself.

It's somewhat normal for this cube to have a less than perfect surface finish, but it looks like the manufacturer stopped including stickers without telling us. We updated the product page to reflect this, but if you respond to this message, we can give you store credit for the purchase price of the cube.

The cube I bought for myself came broken in the box. I took it out of the box, and it was rattling because a middle edge piece was snapped off on the side. The overall turning of the cube was not great and felt gritty. Two other edge pieces were also cracked.

These are great little cubes. I bought them as an alternative to the sticker less CFOP trainer cubes, and made my own. They help you get back to the basics and focus on making clean, non-corner cutting turns, all while helping you learn more efficient cross, f2l, etc.
This cube is the best, with a little lube it feels better than all the cubes i have, with it had magnets tho ❤️
