Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Cheap

I got this and the original guoguan yuexiao. Even though the guoguan yuexiao was a superior cube I liked this just as much just because of the magnets. Out of the box this cube is way too tight. However once you lose this then it's good to go and needs almost no set up. HOWEVER after a little less than a month the magnets started to fall out. The cube is now broken with torpedoes having broke so this cube now pops. Over half the magnets have fallen out. This cube's quality control is terrible.

Good Cube!

I think that as an experienced cuber, this 3x3 is well made. I was recommended this website, I think it's very good. The colors are good; you can tell the difference between white/yellow, green/blue, and orange/yellow. Magnets work well. I would recommend the stickerless version of this cube!

Magnets... They fall out.

I bought this cube for my friend. He had sold a cube that he found at school. He had $20 so I said he should buy this cube as a decent beginner magnetic cube. When I got the cube, I took it to school and let my friend open it. He did a few turns and there were magnets rattling around everywhere! We spent almost the whole class trying to take apart all the peices, take out the broken magnets and put the cube back together. As the day goes on, more magnets fall out. After having this for a few weeks now there is almost no magnets left in the cube and the only ones left make the cube very uneven. I hope this problem can be fixed because all his cube is now is a MF3RS with glue all over the pieces and a couple magnets to make the cube uneven. I do not recommend this cube. Just buy a YueXaio Pro for about $5 dollars more.

Best for first magnetic cube!!!

I love this cube. Magnets defenetly doing their jobs. Cube was little bit tight. Corner cut is 45 but with lube it can get over 45.

I wouldn't recommend this

This is a good cube, but only after 2 days one of the magnets dislodged and I can't exactly return it as I had it internationally shipped to the UK. I'd recommend for people on a budget but if you can afford to spend the extra for a GTS2 M or a MF3RS 2M definitely go for it.

Z magnetic 3x3

When I first got this cube, I didn't think much of it. In fact, I don't think anyone expected this cube to be good and no one really cared about it. However, I really liked this cube when I broke it in and lubed it. It became awesome, my only complaint would be that it feels sorta hollow, but other than that, pretty nice cube.

Mf3rs M

It's definitely better than the standard mf3rs, however the magnets are kinda low quality. It came missing two magnets and in the month or so I've had it three have came out and I had to glue them back in.

Great cube with minor issues

First of all, I love the MF3RS. I love the buttery smoothness of that cube when it's broken in. The Z Magnetic is an MF3RS with magnets. Out of the box it felt a bit dry and scratchy. So I added some Traxxas 50 to the screws and some Lubicle 1 to the pieces. After a couple dozen solves that buttery smoothness I like was back.

The magnets are far more subtle than I expected. This is my first magnetic cube and I wasn't sure how it was suppose to feel. But after several solves I realized that it really does add to the stability of the cube. It took a dozen solves or so to get use to the different feel and it certainly doesn't slow down the cube at all, it just feels a bit more stable than normal.

I did notice that the magnets are not consistent. On my cube the white face has a significantly softer "lock" when the magnets line up than the other faces. Even when scrambled I notice that some corners "lock" while other just "bump". Their may be different magnets on some corners or perhaps the magnets on some corners were not aligned as accurately as the others. It's not a fatal flaw by any means, but the difference does exists.

However, at this price point, that is a very minor flaw and I have no idea if it's consistent or just an issue with my cube. Either way I can recommend this cube as a perfect budget magnetic cube.
