Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Fun

This puzzle is interesting and challenging. The color scheme doesn't follow any classic 3x3 themes.
My advice is to look at the colors prior to scrambling.
OOTB, this cube moves smoothly.
The stickers tend to lift and peel.
BE CAREFUL not to lose the stickers, there are no replacements.
I love just working on this corner by corner. It's a great addition to my collection. I highly recommend this puzzle.

Cool Shape, does not turn well

I really like the rhombicuboctehedral shape of this puzzle! However, it does not turn well at all. It feels like an old rubik's brand puzzle from the 80s. If I can figure out how to take it apart, I will look into some light sanding and lubing to make it feel better. I also wish the "corners" of this puzzle were slightly concave to assist with single finger turning. As it stands, I basically have to squeeze opposite sides of the puzzle to grip it well enough to turn it. Also, it has zero tolerance for corner cutting. If you are not 99.5% aligned, the puzzle snags and does not turn.

Overall, this is more of a novelty than anything else! It is also the only rhombicuboctehedron shaped twisty puzzle on the market (that I have found).

Fun but confusing

It looks fun and is fun too but very confusing because of the difference from this cube and a four by four. Some bad parts though is that it cant corner cut at all, you have to perfectly align it but if you dont want to speed cube this than its a great cube. Lubing the cube is prettydificultbecauseit doesntcome apart at all so you have to be very careful to get the lube in the tiny hole between pieces and notget iton the outside of the cube. Though I wish there was a stickerless version.

24 sides!

The LanLan cane cube is not an octahedron, which has 8 sides, but it is a 24 sided puzzle, which I do not know the name for
