Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This mat feels SO high quality and premium. The colors and everything look the same as in the picture. I use it for my Gen3 timer, but it works with the Gen4 as well. It is about the same size as the speedstacks one. My stackmat is able to fully fit and lock into place with this mat, making it easier when solving. The mat is rubberized at the bottom, which prevents it from slipping around. Overall, TheCubicle did an amazing job of designing this, and it is my "main" now!
This is a good mat, really appealing, and of high quality, but I didn't read the description well enough. because I have a g5 timer, it doesn't attach well, so I'm just not attaching it. Not their fault, I'm just dumb.
I really really like how this mat looks and feels, and I would recommend it to anyone who loves TheCubicle. The only issue I have found with it is that when a timer is attached to the mat, if you press the reset or power button, the timer tilts back since the bottom of the timer is not resting on the mat, but rather it is sort of "in the air" above my table. Despite this, it is a really good mat and I plan to continue using it. If you don't see what I listed above as an issue (I don't very much, but I felt like I needed to mention it), definitely get this!
I think this looks really cool (I don't have it), but I am wondering if there will be a G5 Timer Version
Excellent new Mat ….. easy storage great colors …. Using my new Maglev 12 on it too ….
Its greatness can't be put into words. it is so soft and sticks right to my table. the colors and logo are AMAZING and I just can't get over how much I love it. the colors look so vivid and it is pretty much flawless. the only problem is that when I press either the on\off button or the reset button the timer kind of tips down a little but it is not that big of a deal. the dimensions are perfect for my table to! if u love the cubicle and and are looking for a new mat that is compatible with the gen4 timer, then u will love this. 10 dollars is definitely a reasonable price and it is totally worth it. 5 stars!!! THANKS CUBICLE!!!
everything is very good, the texture and the size and the price. Just one thing is that when I put the timer on the timer hangs over the side and it tilts a bit. So yeah, that's it but I would defiantly recommend
My grandson was thrilled with his gift.
My 7 year old daughter was so excited to get this for her birthday. Now she can cube with her older brother and friends and feel like she is like them with her cube, timer, and mat!
This mat has such vivid colors 10/10
