Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great 3x3

I think that this is one of the best cube out there especially for you 1st fan cube on lily 20$ great cube I would recommend this to new cubers because I know you would want a fan but not 60$

Not as good as the 2017 version

Performance is exceptional, good corner cutting, but seemed like Gan changed the plastic of the cube. I once had the OG 2017 version of the SM and it was amazing, very satisfying to turn, with soft plastic and a buttery smooth feeling. Sadly I lost it and gotta buy this as a substitution. This 2019 version feels totally different. Harder plastic, got a very slight bumpy feel to it, somewhat stronger magnets. This thing now feels more like an UM to me than a SM. They also removed the option for the clear spring which I really like. At least they put the springs in a more reasonable packaging XD

Hit or miss

So i have 3 of these cubes, including the pro shop version. 2 of them became horrible and so bad after only a few months and 1 is still good. I think it may be becuase they might've changed their plastic because between all 3 of them, they feel to have different plastic. But i did get 2 of them at the same time and now they feel so different. I think Gan may have changed their plastic because my original Gans Air Master and Gans UM and 2 SM's are really bad now but my 354's, 460s X, and SM are okay. Just because of this, I will no longer be buying Gan cubes because i wasted a few hundred dollars on Gan cubes that became bad. If anyone knows if Gan changed their plastic, please let me know!

Growing to Love This Cube

Upon first receiving the Air SM, it felt almost nothing like the original GAN Air. It has a bumpy, but smooth feeling when turning and is quite loud compared to most GAN cubes. The magnets do help with stability and are a moderate strength. Corner cutting is also great as well as in reverse. A few problems I have with the AIR SM are its difficulty to set up properly, and the ridiculous speed. This is quite fast and uncontrollable, even with heavy lube added to the pieces. The older GES system also isn’t very easy to learn how to use, and can be frustrating to tension evenly. All problems aside, I’ve spent a few weeks with this and I’ve grown to like it a lot more, to the point where it’s become my backup main. Overall, there are some better/cheaper options out there, but this is definitely not a bad pickup.

Was really good at first, then...

OOTB this cube was AMAZING. It was so buttery smooth and I instantly broke my pb. I really liked the sticker shades, but after a few days they started chipping and peeling off. I decided to switch out the GES springs that came stock (green) for the yellow ones. Of course this reduced corner twisting but it wasn't a really big problem. The magnets are medium to strong just the way like it. After a few months, I had done thousands of solves on this cube and then the cube started feeling scratchy and I got some pretty bad lockups when turning fast. I also got a few pops while solving, but that might be because i have a pretty rough turning style. I would only recommend this cube if you have a much more relaxed turning style. Personally i give this cube a 6/10

This cube is great!

I love this cube, I recommend this cube over any other (GAN) cube. It is amazing and turns very well, some people might not like it for their own turning style, but for my moderate-to-fast turning style, I like this cube over my Gan13 Maglev. Pretty impressive huh? I very much so recommend this. I love it.

This cube is amazing

I was getting this cube to see if I like stickered cubes, I didn’t expect it to be that good, but it was the best stickered cube I have ever turned

great. but not like the original

its really airy. feels like a magnetised air pro. quite similar to the um. abit dissapointing as i was expecting a smoother version of the original. but it feels nothing like it. its still very good though

A very good puzzle, despite being a 2019 cube.

I had zero expectations before opening this cube, since... it only came in stickered. But once I unboxed it, it blew me away immediately.
This cube was very fast, but very controllable at the same time despite the magnets being lighter than those on a GTS3M.
It came with green springs, which I still use now, which made it loose enough to do good corner-cuts. AND THAT'S WHERE BAD THINGS COME IN.
First off, this cube is a bit too flexible, which means that I get lockups quite easily.
Second, this cube only comes in stickerless. The stickers are of good quality, but over the course of just 365 days almost all of them have been chipped. Luckily, they haven't been chipped enough to affect my turning because I start turning slower subconsciously because I don't want the stickers to get more damaged.
At last, using the yellow springs make the cube WAY TOO SLOW. Maybe it's my setup's problem, but Yellow = Slow on my setup.

Overall, a very good cube, but I recommend the GAN 356X v2 over this instead.
But if you want to pretend to be Feliks Zemdegs on his 5.97 average, then... OK.
