Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great puzzle! One small drawback, but still worth it

I've solved this puzzle a number of times now, a few times with a shape-shifted scramble, and a few with a cubic scramble, and I really enjoy it. It feels solid and the turning is fairly smooth without too much catching. The main drawback is that if one copter turn is turned, or has shape-shifted pieces in it, the copter turns opposite it won't turn. If you solve the puzzle without shape-shifting, then it only poses one small problem (which I'll note further down), but if you fully scramble it and shape-shift it then it makes it very frustrating to get it back into cubic shape. The shape-shifting causes bandaging as is under normal circumstances, but with this drawback there's twice as much bandaging. Thus, I personally prefer to solve it without the shape-shifting. Now, the small problem that arises is towards the end of the solve when you solve the puzzle as a Clover Cube. On a normal cube, you can do a variety of moves to easily move the petal pieces anywhere you need. On this puzzle, due to the drawback I mentioned, certain moves become impossible, and thus putting in the petal pieces requires more positioning and set-up moves. You can force the moves sometimes, but this can cause pops, and potentially break internal pieces of the puzzle. Thus, it's better not to force the moves and just take the longer route. In any case, you can look at this as a fun challenge alternative to the regular Clover Cube. All in all, I would highly recommend this puzzle. Also, one more interesting thing is that you can solve it in various stages. For instance, you can solve it with the yellow face swapped with the white face, thus changing the standard color scheme. The same as with a Dino Cube.
