Product Description

The latest flagship 3x3 speed cube from Yuxin is a light and airy puzzle that offers fast, snappy turning with a very stable feel. All of this at what we consider to be a relatively low price point. This magnetic version has a stronger magnet feel than most other factory magnetized puzzles.

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Underrated

This cube still stands as one of the best cubes on the market currently, but is passing under the radar. While the magnets do come loose, and I've had to glue in a few, the turning is fast and smooth, and can be set up to be controllable. Honestly really good.

Never take apart...

Just, don't ever take this cube apart *ever*.
I took out an edge once and after being very careful and making sure to do it correctly, (as I know how to put 3x3s back together) And I hear a loud *SNAP* and the two halves of the edge split, and what happened is that one peg on each half of the edge broke right off, the plastic seems almost "Cheap" , as in that it's very, very, very brittle and will break if you put too much pressure on it. I'm really sad, because the cube is pretty good and *could* have been my 3x3 main, that is, until it broke :( On top of that, the entire blue face on mine has *no magnets* in any of the blue edge halves, and the inertia balls can get dislodged just by even lightly setting the cube down on like a table / mat because the corners split too easily, and Yuxin does *NOT* make sure that the polarity of all the magnets are correct, and even to make sure that all the pieces even HAVE ANY magnets inside at all ;( This is just really saddening, just go to Cubicle Custom and you can design it to your liking, +the magnets can be done by the Cubicle to make sure it's done right, -Still NEVER take it apart, Do NOT make the mistakes that I , unfortunately, made. -Scott . Ordered the M and received the non-magnetic one

Cubicle won't respond to my emails. I can't even use the one they sent me because idk if they are going to want me to send it back.

Magnets aren’t glued in securely

after a week of using this it half the magnets came loose on there own (without dropping). So I had to dismantle the entire thing and had to re glue all the magnets even the ones that were still attached. This process took quit awhile, but after that and some setup it’s a pretty light weight and overall decent performing 3x3. Gave it 4 stars cause I basically had to magnetize it myself again.

Smooth Quiet Puzzle

I guess people are having problems with the magnets falling out but I have not had any issue with that. I lubed this puzzle with silk and it broke in in about 30-40 solves. I love this puzzle! It is light but has a heavy feel to it. I do not have the ball bearings in. This puzzle is my main against the Cubicle Labs Lil Magic M and YJ MGC. Would recommend to anyone who likes fast and smooth puzzles.

Great after setup

When I got the HuangLong too the box it was very tight and 3 magnets were dislodged. After I loosened the cube and set it up the cube is my new main.

Great feel - light and fast with satisfying feedback

This cube is my main. I love the smooth, fast feeling and the satisfying tactile and auditory feedback with each turn. It's not too loud or too clicky, it's just right. The magnets feel prefect to me as well.

When I first got it, I didn't like the dry feeling so I overlubed it with Traxxas 30k. This made me dislike the cube for a while, but now that I came to my senses and wiped out most of the lube, it feels amazing. If you want to lube it, just the tiniest bit of silicone on the corner and edge stems should do the trick.

The two cubes that feel the best to me are the Huanglong and the MF3RS3M. They are somewhat similar, but now that I've set up the Huanglong properly, it has surpassed the RS3M. The Huanglong is quite a bit lighter, and the good qualities are magnified. I also prefer the shades on the Huanglong, for both the stickered and stickerless versions - in fact, these are my favorite stickerless shades (I like the darker green).

As for the ball bearing corner weights, I took them out, then put them back in, then forgot about them.

Magnets was loose

When i recieved it, the magnets was a little loose, and after a couple of months, 4 of the cornermagnets and 3 of the edge magnets had fallen out, so i glued every magnet in place myself to make sure they dont fall out anymore. But the turning quality is pretty good, Buttery smooth and really fast.

Yuxin Huanglong M

I think this is a great cube, and it is my new main over an MGC and YLM. It is very smooth and has an airy. When I got it ootb, it was actually really slow and wouldn't corner cut well, so I was disappointed. However, I loosened the tensions and started corner cutting at first small amounts, and then slowly increasing by about 5 degrees every now and then. After that, it was great at corner cutting, and the speed was perfect.
Then I lubed it with weight 5 on the core, and put a bit of weight 3 on the base of a corner stalk, with 3 drops of Martian to finish it off. Then it was godly, with a buttery smooth and extremely light feeling. It was able to get me a 17 sec pb solve. It was amazing.
I must say that the magnets are much weaker than I expected, and I can't feel them in algs. They do their job though, and I just wish they were stronger, but it flows extremely well right now, and I expect too strong of a magnet may have prevented a well flowing cube.
Overall, this is a great cube and I would definitely recommend it.
By they way, to me the ball bearings didn't really make a difference whether they were in or out

Long standing main

I've been cubing 5 years, and have always struggled to find a long lasting main due to my turning style. My turning style is fast, but VERY clunky and inaccurate. This cube combines speed and snappiness that just clicks with my turning style incredibly. If your turning style is like mine and/or you've struggled to find a good, substantial main, this could be the cube for you. I recommend slowing it down with lube (i used lots of wt2 on pieces, 5 on core) and then breaking it in. Once at the sweet spot of breaking in, it performs beautifully. It's been my main for months, and I don't see a cube beating it for me any time soon.
