Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Best Square-1

I don't really know if this is the best Square-1. The only one I can compare this to is the MFSQ1. The MFSQ1 was the first Squan I ever owned. The turning was pretty good but it had some lockup issues. The corner cutting was practically non-existant. I decided to get this Squan, arguably one of the best Squandered on the market(the WR average and single where broken on a Volt MS). Right out of the box the slice turns where very good. But the top and bottom layers where super gummy and slow. I expected this because I knew Cubicle cubes tend to be that way when they first come. That's completely normal and just because of the lube. After I broke the cube in and the lube gradually started to spread out the slice layers got pretty fast. When you turn the layers slowly you can clearly feel small "bumps", from the magnets. If you turn a slice 360° you will feel twelve "bumps" this is because every 30° there is a magnet installed. Before I got this cube I was worried that the magnets would stop at different places, if the cube shapeshifts. But due to the great design by Cubicle Labs, the Cube always stops at exactly 30°. The magnets make the cube super controllable. I would seriously recommend this cube to anyone who want's to get into Squan. I got this cube even though I only average from 33-40 seconds. If you're looking for a great Squan with controllability, stability and good cornercutting this cube is perfect for you.

a gift from God

This is a really good square one. I would go so far as to say best on the market. It is scratchy and slow OOTB but after you break it in it becomes heavenly smooth. The magnets really help during solves but do take a bit to get used to. The guys at cubicle labs did an amazing job with the setup and magnetization. I’m not good at square one, but I still think my money was very well spent and I highly recommend this cube to any level of sq-1 solvers.
