Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Worth the price if you're a gamer or a collector

This is a very challenging puzzle!! Unlike prior reviews, the puzzle I received has virtually flawless stickers -- great color (classic Rubik scheme), good durability, no peeling, no bubbling, no misplacement and no missing stickers.

It looks simple, at least to an experienced puzzler like me, but it is a real challenge! I still haven't completely solved it (after a week), but am confident I can with more time/effort. My job and other real-life things occupy most of my time :) I think that alone makes it a great puzzle.

Also, I have never had any pieces pop. It does often jam, which is not surprising considering all the sharp-angled pieces. However, the occasional jam is not a problem for me, and I suspect not for you -- unless you want to try speed-cubing? It allows very little corner-cutting, and if you tried to speed-solve it then, yes: I can imagine you causing pieces to pop...

It is not lubricated and turns stiff out-of-the-box. But it turns nicely after an hour or so of play. I imagine it would be remarkably better if it were lubricated.

Anyway, I recommend this for the challenge (personal preference) and think it would also be nice for a collection. Based on my experience, and the very reasonable price, I give this one all 5 stars.

Master of popping

When I first got this puzzle, ootb it was missing a small orange sticker. That itself was annoying. Then it took me FOREVER to figure out what I was even doing while trying to solve it. I scrömbled it up before I had figured out how the pieces move, then when I would try to build a side or arrange pieces, I would always end up breaking apart what I’d already assembled while trying to add other pieces. Then I watched BeardedCuber’s tutorial (which I could NOT get through successfully for a long time, eventually it worked for me but I didn’t care for his style of explaining) and eventually figured out how to solve it. Then I was able to do it on my own and it became easy. I enjoy solving this puzzle (at least, I did for a while), but I was very frustrated that adding lube and trying to adjust the cube didn’t really help its performance at all. Also, when solving even slightly quickly, pieces love to not just pop, but sometimes fly out. I really wish someone else would redesign this and make it more stable and speedsolvable.

Shoddy stickers on otherwise great puzzle

This puzzle would easily have gotten a 5 star if it weren't for the stickers. It is essentially a rex cube with corners, so if you can solve a rex cube, you have a decent head start on this puzzle. It is a hard solve, and it turns well enough (I would expect it to be speesolvable). But the stickers are peeling after a few hours of use, and many were poorly placed (even hanging off the pieces) from the moment I took it out of the box. It is a shame that such a good puzzle is marred by low-quality stickers. I'm only taking a star off for the stickers though because they are replaceable, and the rest of the puzzle is fantastic.

Im really happy that I bought this puzzle. It looks very cool in my collection and it is very fun to solve. It is challenging but not too hard. The reason I didnt gave it 5 stars is that the turning is pretty slow and it locks up often. Also some of the smaller stickers are starting to peel. But I do recommend this puzzle and if you dont know this cube is more line a rex cube with corners than a skewb.

It's a tough puzzle

I'm trying to figure it out on my own still, but the one thing it's not is a smooth turning puzzle. It's very crunchy, but there's no other manufacturer for the puzzle as of the time of writing, so maybe some modding will be required to make it turn better. It's still really interesting and hope it becomes more mainstream one day.

Decent

Its a very cool cube and I like the way its solved. My only problem is that it came VERY dirty, one sticker was slightly scratched and the turning was a bit stiff.

High Quality Puzzle

I bought this puzzle at a competition, and so far, I love it. The turning has a nice crunchy feel to it, and is a decent speed. I havent had a problem with the stickers, except there appears to be dirt underneath one of the red ones. It will pop if you are rough with it, but otherwise it should stay intact. As an important note, this is not a cheaper version of the Dayan master skewb. That one has more layers of rotation. The cubicles page on that puzzle has more information on that. I will say though, this puzzle is very difficult. To summarize, I HIGHLY recommend this puzzle.

Looks Cool

It looks really cool especially with black stickers if you picked white. The turning isn't the best though. Solving it is both fun and repetitive. It's nice just to have in my collection, but I don't solve it that much.
