Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Great puzzle! A bit catchy as far as turning, but still worth it in my opinion.

As someone who owns this puzzle, has figured out a solution to it on my own, and has solved it, I can say that this is a wonderful puzzle. It feels solid, and despite being 3D printed, it feels and looks almost like a regular manufactured puzzle. If they wouldn't say that it's 3D printed, you'd probably never know. The puzzle does have a bit of a drawback, which is that it's very catchy. The catchiness does decrease a bit as you break it in, though it can be quite frustrating, I'll admit. However, considering the complexity of the puzzle AND the fact that it's ghosted (i.e. it has a lot of sharp points that can easily cause misalignment, and that misalignment causes the catching), it's understandable why it's catchy. It's catchy, but it does NOT pop (assuming you don't force it too much). With that being said, I don't regret purchasing this puzzle. And I should mention that it comes with a wonderful plastic box to store it in. For those among us who are experienced solvers, this is a very unique and interesting challenge as far as solving the puzzle goes. For those for whom this may be too much of a challenge, it's a wonderful display piece.

P.S. For those wondering what this is, it's a hybrid of a 2x2 and a Skewb that's been ghosted. More accurately - it's a 2x2 Ghost Cube whose 2x2 corners have been bisected with Skewb cuts. So, it's NOT really a hybrid of a Golden Cube (i.e. Ghost Skewb) and a 2x2 Ghost Cube, as a Golden Cube has different cuts. Also, the reason why it's called a GhostZ Cube is because the original designer of the 2x2-Skewb hybrid named that puzzle a SuperZ puzzle (probably because the cuts on each face form two intersecting Z's (think of the appearance of a Helicopter cube for reference, even though it's an edge turner, aesthetically it looks like a 2x2-Skewb hybrid).

It was nothing that I expected cheap quality that I paid for too expensive. The item I received I should’ve paid at least five dollars for it and nothing more. Very disappointed with the purchase

Hmm?

This puzzle is beautiful, but very difficult to move. I am afraid if I scramble it, I will never solve it, just because I can’t move it fast enough to remember what I am doing. Stiff and tends to lock up. Needs coaxing just to move anything, even the final layer separation.
