The GAN Megaminx MagLev UV is a new puzzle from the famous manufacturer. This one has all kinds of upgrades! It has a MagLev mechanism that replaces the springs with opposing magnets. It has auto-aligning layers (up to 15 degrees) and uses the new GES Pro+ magnetization system. It also retains the concave shape to aid with grip and feel.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.
The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

This is hands down the smoothest megaminx I have ever even felt out of the box, very fast and pleasant. The grip on it is no problem at all and is easy to hold in your hands while you solve, and the size is perfect for me personally, slightly bigger than the dayan but I believe it is the same size as the first gan mega. The adjustment system is super easy to use and very intuitive. Another plus of this mega is the settings are already perfect out of the box, and the cube does not require setup to be the best mega on the market, but of course setup makes it even better. I personally am not a fan of gan 3x3s, but they incorporated the crispy feel of them to this mega PERFECTLY, amazing work from Gan.
This Megaminx is amazing, for sure the best on the market. I let the Factory setings as they were, just added 3 drops of Lubical Speedy. This puzzle is a dream. Thx Gan…

It's fast and smooth
A little scratchy out of the box but lubing it it feels amazing
I have dry hands from over washing so the uv is perfect for grip
The down side is if you buy black one they take away Grey.
But I haven't had problem seeing it. On my other megaminx's the cream blends in with white and yellow so I guess that's a plus
Over all if the price isn't a problem I highly recommend this cube
This is my first ever megaminx and all of my bff's are buying it now. A. maz. ing.
That's cream, not yellow in the picture of the black version. It isnt that bright and contrasting of cream, either. And it is very close to the white, so makes this puzzle have bad contrast between white and cream. I was hoping they'd keep the grey, get rid of cream and add black. Since pretty much all gans have pieces that are sealed, you cant disasemble (corners and sides to swap colors), you can't customize whatever sides you want like the Gayan v2 or pro, I'm going back to Gayan. What a complete let down!!! Had everything else going for it, but their color choices on the V2 are only slighly better than the V1...which was a colossal failure and why no one at high level uses it in comps. They don't seem to have learned from their mistakes.
They'll get some people sponsored to get attention and use it in comps, but everyone will go back to the YJ and Dayans like they did with the Gan v1... because you can customize colors to your liking and their choice of cream isn't different enough from white. It'd be like them making a SQ1 that you can't swap the yellow and black (or some do black and yello instead of black and white) to see which works best for you.

Its my first megaminx and its amazing. i got it on the flash sale and with a gift card from rewards i managed to get it for 25$. For 66$ base price it is really good but a little overpriced imo
