Product Description

The MoYu WeiLong WRM V10 3x3 (UV) - Special Edition is a PiCube version of the original WeiLong V10. This version has an 8-magnet ball-core instead of 20 with no repelling edge magnets. Also, the range of possible tensions is looser in this version of the cube. If you thought the original WeiLong V10 was too rigid, this is a great option to try!

Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Huge Upgrade!

After going from the tornado v3 to the wrm v10 (20 magnet ball core uv) I was really impressed by the v10. There were a few minor problems with it though. I felt that it was too blocky, and rigid, and didn’t match my turning style. After I saw that this cube was on the market, the wrm v10 special edition, I was pulled into it. It has an 8 magnet ball core instead of 20, no repelling magnets, and looser compressions. I knew this would fit my turning style better so I bought it and it is awesome! I think it is better in pretty much every way. You might think it’s not as good bc it doesn’t have the auto alignment, but with the right setup, it is so much better. I’m very happy with my purchase, and hope you guys try it out! Thank you to Picube shop and the Cubicle for the amazing cube!

DO NOT BUY!!! WAY TOO GOOD

For us mortals we can’t truly use this cube it is too smooth, too controllable, too premium, and way too pretty. I got this cube and after I got a normal v10 and I used that cube for comps and it was my main and overall it was really good but all the magnets in the core made the turning feel kinda clunky because magnets were repelling other magnets, this was for the auto alignment, now that I think of it it’s dumb to try to make a stable cube when the pieces are pushing away other magnets. This cube fixes that and it feels a lot cleaner to turn.

Love it!

I used to main the Gan 14 pro for 3x3 and the rs3m v5 for OH I liked the 14 but It was either too rigid or too loose and locky. I tried a v10 and v9 at Great Lakes I liked the v10 better as the v9 had too strong magnets. But the v10 was too rigid also so when I saw the v10 SE was looser, I decided to try it. It was awesome, just buy it, it’s my new main for both OH and 2H. Just do it, it’s good.

Not too bad

The Cube performs pretty much like the flagship Moyu version, without the tendency to overshoot and with magnets that do not “auto correct” you.
Biggest BUT : SPRING NOISES !!!
Please.
People.
NEVER had issues with GAN springs. Never ever from Day 1 up to the Gan 11.
I am a “neutral” Speedcubet, have no favourite brand.
But this is the last time I buy any spring cube.
It’s a shame though, I enjoy crunchy cubes, but when I hear squeaky spring sound louder than crunch, the cube wants to be chucked straight into the bin….
Does Moyu do this on purpose, so you keep buying more ?
(Being sarcastic).
Bottom line : No more stone age spring cubes for me mate !!!
Cheers from Australia.

Incredible, but…

This cube is really good for me. If you have an accurate turning style this cube will work perfectly for you. However, if you have a rougher, more inaccurate turning style, you’re gonna lock up and not have an incredible time. I use this cube over a wrm v9, and I think it’s an upgrade for me. It may not be for you, though.
The cube is smooth, decently controllable and tactile. I have mine on both setting at 3.
Additionally, I really like the colored internals and think they look great.
Be careful when taking out pieces because the plastic is brittle and I have heard about people who have broken their cores because of it. I would suggest just taking out the center and taking out pieces from there.

Good Cube

This is a pretty good cube but it’s really fast. I can tell the v10 is meant for the 20 magnet ballcore but if you slow it down with slower lube it’s a very enjoyable cube to solve on.

Basically an instant main over my tornado v3 and gan 11m pro, feels similar to gan 11 but faster and better, with less catches

Amazing Cube!

This was the upgraded version of the v9 special edition, and at first, the cube was uncontrollably fast out of the box, and it came pre-lubed. The corner-cutting isn't as good as the v9, but it makes up for it in speed. This cube is my new main immediately, and I reccomend this cube to anyone looking for a new main/collectable.

Awesome cube

My favorite after a few adjustments. I'm slow...like real slow... but regardless I like lavish things that I otherwise don't deserve. This cube is just that, lavish, meant for a much faster competitor, but in my hands it makes this mere mortal, just a little quicker because it turns like butter in an old Amish churn. I'm now living in an Amish paradise with this baby.

Perfection

This is the cube I've been looking for!

I think it hits all the high notes that other cubes/brands have and presents it in one complete package (for my preferences). I loved the TV3 but it never felt premium, and the TV4 was a let down-- I actually expected it to be more like what this cube is. YS3M I preferred the piece design and ballcore but I could never get around the blocky-ness and farigue. Dianshang pro was excellent but I didn't enjoy the M slices. Gan13fx almost felt like a premium TV3 but I hated the piece design and found it hard to find a sweet spot for control.

For me, this weilong is like a premium TV3 with the edge and corner piece design I prefer. It feels very light, almost airy, but compact. Easy turning. It's also on the looser side, completely opposite to my experience with ys3m. It also fits into the TV4 box perfectly, which is great because the TV4 fits into the TV3.

I am happy to report I will not be looking for a new 3x3 any time soon.

I'm glad to hear that you like this puzzle! If you ever want to give the YS3 another try, swapping out the teal edge feet for the primary ones from the standard version makes it feel a lot less blocky.
